This Contract Is Part Of The Implementation Of Coherent Training Courses For Management (Focoman) For Newly Established Managers (Basic Training) And For Managers Who Have Already Completed Basic Training Or Are Already In Place (Continuing Training). This Contract Concerns: O A Basic Introductory Module On Change Support And 3 Continuing Training Courses On The Theme Of Change Support The Fundamentals Of Change Support (1 Day): This Module Is A Prerequisite For Any Continuing Training Course On Change Support. It Corresponds To The Module Provided As Part Of The Focoman Basic Training And Is Optional For Managers Who Have Followed It. Managing Change (2 Days): This Journey Is Aimed At Managers Sponsoring A Change Project. Supporting Change (4 Days): This Course Is Aimed At Managers Who Must Support Change In Its Operationalization Implementing Change (2 Days): This Course Is Aimed At Managers Who Must Implement A Change Project Without, However, Participating In The Reflections On Its Operationalization (Receipt Of Instructions To Be Implemented In The Team).
