It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Information Security Evaluation And Consulting Services (Framework Arrangement). The Object Of The Procurement Is Information Security Evaluation And Consulting Services. The Goal Of The Acquisition Is To Ensure And Develop The Information Security And Management Of The Customers It Environments, As Well As The Compliance Of Operations Based On Legislation. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In Detail In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders. Experienced Technical And Administrative Information Security Experts Are Needed To Perform The Services According To The Object Of Procurement. The Minimum Requirements For Experts To Be Appointed, As Well As The Requirements And Criteria For Scoring The Experience And Skills To Be Scored, And The Scoring Criteria Are Described In Detail In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement, For Which A Maximum Of Three (3) Suppliers Who Meet The Suitability Requirements And The Minimum Requirements Of The Procurement Object Are Selected. The Operating Model Of The Framework Arrangement, I.E. Supplier Selection, Is Based On The Ranking Of The Winners According To The Comparison Criteria Of The Competition. The Ranking Rules Are Described In Appendix 1.1 Of The Tender Request. The Framework Contract Period Is Three (3) Years. The Acquisition Includes An Option To Extend The Contract Period By A Maximum Of One (1) Year. The Finnish Institute Of Health And Welfare (Thl) Is Responsible For Tendering The Framework Arrangement And For Maintaining The Framework Agreements And Related Contractual Cooperation In Relation To Contract Suppliers. The Clients Of The Framework Arrangement Are Thl And The Procurement Units Under Thls Administration That Joined The Joint Procurement, I.E. The Framework Arrangement. The Customers With Their Estimated Procurement Volumes Are Shown In Appendix 1.2.
