The Main Missions Carried Out By The Dealer Are As Follows: - The Design, Construction, Financing Of: - The Central Wood Energy Boiler Room On Land Which Will Be Made Available To The Dealer By The Licensor, - Any Emergency Backup Boiler Rooms To Be Created Or Existing - The Heat Network To The Buildings To Be Served, - The Substations Of These Buildings, - The Building Housing The Boiler Room And The Silo, - The Production, Transport And Distribution Of Energy Heat Through The Distribution Network; - The Operation Of All The Works Necessary For The Provision Of The Service, Excluding Secondary Networks In Buildings; - The Purchase Of Fuel - The Upkeep And Maintenance Of All The Works Necessary For The Operation Of The Service (Wood Boiler Rooms, Emergency Backup Boiler Rooms, Heat Network And Substations); - Major Maintenance, Renewal And Modernization Of All The Works Necessary For The Operation Of The Service (Excluding Secondary Networks In Buildings); - Management Of Relations With Subscribers, Including Marketing Of The Service - Collection Of Rates From Subscribers For The Services Provided.
