For The Purposes Of This Contract, The Subject Of The Contract Is Understood As The Service Tasks Prescribed By The Manufacturer After 500 Mth (Small Service) And 1000 Mth (Large Service), Including Transport Costs. The Public Contracting Authority Requires Service And Repair Services To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Manufacturers Technological Procedures While Observing The Highest Quality Standards, Exercising The Necessary Professional Care And Exclusively Using Original Spare Parts. The Public Contracting Authority Prefers To Carry Out Service And Repair Work At The Centers Of The Road Administration Sc Tsk. The Public Contracting Authority Requires The Distance Of The Service Center To Be No More Than 50 Km From The Seat Of The Road Administration Of The Trenčín Self-Governing Region In Trenčín. If The Distance Is Greater, The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Provide Transport To The Service Center At His Own Expense. Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Description And Scope Of Service Services Is Given In The Price Table, Which Is Part Of The Tender Documents And In The Draft Contract, Which Forms Attachment No. 5 Competition Documents.
