The Subject Of The Award Is The Planning And Specialist Construction Management Of The Technical Building Equipment (Tga) For The Renovation Of An Existing Building (Sports Function Building). The Services Include The Electrical, Plumbing And Ventilation System Groups. The Scope Of Services Includes The Inventory Investigation As Well As The Planning In Service Phases 1-3 (Basic Investigation, Preliminary Planning, Draft Planning) And 5, 6 And 8 (Execution Planning, Preparation Of The Award, Object Monitoring) According To Hoai. Since This Is A Renovation, There Are Currently No Plans To Submit A Building Application (Service Phase 4 Is Omitted). Service Phase 7 Is Taken Over Internally By The Awarding Authority.
