Until March 18, 2025. __Detailed Requirements Regarding The Assortment Can Be Found Under Each Of The Assortment And Price Forms Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. __The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Samples (One Piece For Each Item) Along With A List Of Samples - In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Swz. __The Important Provisions Of The Contract Are Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. __ Pursuant To Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. __The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Offer In Electronic Form, With A Qualified Electronic Signature, Otherwise It Will Be Invalid.
