The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Provision Of Food Services To The Patients And Attending Doctors Of The Hospital. Offers Must Be Submitted For All Requested Ready Meals. The Estimated Value Of The Contract For Three (3) Years Amounts To €7,869,546.00 Including Vat 13% (Estimated Value Without Vat: €6,964,200.00, Vat: €905,346.00). The Estimated Value Of A Unilateral Extension (Option) Of One (1) Year Amounts To €2,623,182.00 Including Vat 13% (Estimated Value Without Vat: €2,321,400.00, Vat: €301,782.00). The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract (Including Extension/Option) Amounts To €10,492,728.00 Including Vat 13% (Estimated Value Without Vat: €9,285,600.00, Vat: €1,207,128.00). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Three (3) Years From The Signing Of The Contract, With The Right To Extend The Contract For An Additional Year. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On Price Only.
