Tenders are invited for Business Coaching & Advisory Services for 30 Entrepreneurs in Beirut. Deadline: Wednesday, 10. Dec 2025 AEP, a Lebanese microfinance NGO founded in 1984, is implementing a tailored business support track under the ILO-ENABLE intervention. Over 70 entrepreneurs completed IYB training, financial education, consolidation sessions, pitching preparation, and the competition cycle. From them, 30 high-potential entrepreneurs were selected to receive in-kind grants and personalized coaching to strengthen operations, enhance financial management, refine market strategies, and improve business sustainability and growth. The objective of this assignment is to provide structured, practical, and customized business coaching to approximately 30 micro-entrepreneurs. The Business Coach and Technical Advisor will start by validating AEPs existing assessments and business profiles, clarifying any gaps or missing information, and coordinating with AEP focal points to confirm the specific support needs of each entrepreneur. After the validation stage, the coach will develop individual business support packages for all participants. These packages will include personalized improvement plans, identification of operational, financial, and marketing gaps, and the preparation of simple monitoring tools such as pre and post assessments, coaching logs, and action checklists. The coaching delivery consists of four structured sessions for each entrepreneur. One session will focus on Decent Work principles, while the remaining three will be tailored to the individual needs identified during the assessment phase. Sessions may be conducted individually or in small groups when entrepreneurs share similar needs. Coaching topics may include business operations, costing and pricing, financial management, marketing and digital promotion, workflow improvement, compliance, and other relevant areas that strengthen business performance. The coach will apply practical, field-oriented approaches to help entrepreneurs adopt improved business practices and make tangible progress. At the end of the assignment, the coach will prepare a consolidated final report summarizing the outcomes, progress achieved, challenges encountered, and key recommendations. The coach is also expected to outline a clear methodology for the assignment, including the coaching structure, tools to be used, expected time allocation per entrepreneur, and the monitoring and documentation methods that will guide the process.
