Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Expansion Of The Kcz Sp. Z O. O. Hospital In Krapkowice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Multi-Sectoral Investor Supervision (In The Following Industries: Construction, Sanitary, Electrical And Road) Over The Implementation Of The Investment Titled Expansion Of The Kcz Sp. Z O. O. Hospital In Krapkowice, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Building Permit And These Terms And Conditions Of The Order. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services In Two Subsequent Stages: 1) Stage I - Investor Supervision Of Construction Works (Including Works Covered By The Optional Scope). The Task Is Carried Out From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Investment. The Contractor Acts As An Investor Supervision Inspector, Represents The Ordering Party On The Construction Site And Constantly Monitors The Compliance Of The Investment Implementation With The Design Documentation, Building Permit, Applicable Construction Law, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. His Basic Duties Include, In Particular: Ongoing Quality Control And Timeliness Of The Works Performed, Verification Of The Materials And Products Used, Participation In Coordination Meetings And In All Acceptances (Partial, Intermittent And Final Works), Issuing Instructions To The Construction Manager Confirmed By An Entry In The Construction Log, Verification Of As-Built Documentation, Giving Opinions On Additional And Replacement Works, Protecting The Interests Of The Ordering Party And Immediately Reporting Any Irregularities Found.2) Stage Ii - Investor Supervision During The Guarantee And Warranty Period. The Task Is Carried Out From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Investment Until The Expiry Of The Guarantee And Warranty Period Specified In The Contract With The Construction Contractor, And, If Necessary, Until The Date Of Removal Of All Reported And Recognized Defects. During The Guarantee And Warranty Period, The Contractor Conducts Warranty Inspections At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Collects And Documents Reports Of Defects, Supervises The Quality And Timeliness Of Removing Defects By The Construction Contractor, Prepares Appropriate Protocols And, 15 Days Before The Expiry Of The Warranty Period, Submits To The Ordering Party A Final Report Summarizing The Activities During This Period. The Contractor Undertakes To Be Fully Available, Closely Cooperate With All Participants Of The Investment Process, And Implement Any Additional Orders Of The Ordering Party Necessary To Proper Performance Of The Contract And Protection Of His Interests. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Release The Construction Contractor From Any Duties, Obligations Or Liabilities Arising From The Contract.3.
