The Subject Of The Order Includes: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Rules For The Implementation Of The Order In Question Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Complies With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm) Specified In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020. 5.
