The Rules For Settlements Between The Contractor - Supplier And The Ordering Party - Recipient Must Be Consistent With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of April 7, 2020 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements For Heat Supply (Journal Of Laws 2020.718 Of 2020/04/23, As Amended). The Contractors Price Must Be Calculated On The Basis Of The Following Components: 1) Price For The Ordered Thermal Power - Expressed In Pln Per Mw; 2) Heat Price - Expressed In Pln Per Gj; The Estimated Annual Thermal Energy Consumption In The Building Is 1850Gj. The Estimated Thermal Energy Consumption For The Duration Of The Contract Is Estimated At 3,700Gj. Settlement With The Contractor Will Be Based On The Actual Consumption Of Thermal Energy - The Above Forecast Is Only Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Thermal Energy In The Given Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Thermal Energy. The Ordering Party Specifies The Ordered Thermal Power At 0.19 Mw Per Month. The Rate Of The Ordered Thermal Power Is Determined By The Annual Value, Payable In Monthly Installments.
