The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil (Heating Diesel) Cn 2710 19 47 In The Amount Of 60,000 Liters, Having Technical And Quality Characteristics In Accordance With Pn-C-96024. The Sulfur Content In The Oil Cannot Exceed 0.10% (M/M). Delivery Of Heating Diesel Oil To The Ordering Partys Tanks Located In Barwinek (Former Border Crossing), 38-454 Tylawa - Will Be Settled At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C At The Point Of Unloading. The Ordering Party Has A Fuel Oil Tank With A Capacity Of 50,000 Liters. The Expected One-Time Delivery Of Heating Diesel Oil Is Approximately 15,000 Liters To 20,000 Liters. Together With Each Delivered Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Current Quality Certificate For Light Fuel Oil (Heating Diesel) And A Printout From The Tank Truck Meter Confirming The Amount Of Heating Diesel Oil At A Temperature Of 15°C And At The Actual Temperature, For Recording By The Ordering Party Received The Oil At The Actual Temperature In The Quantity And Value Files. The Minimum Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is 20,000 Liters. The Delivered Material Should Have The Parameters Specified In The Regulation Of October 9, 2015. Deliveries Are Made Using Road Tankers Equipped With Electronic Meters And Printers Enabling Printing Of The Delivery. The Printout Must Contain Information About The Quantity Of The Delivered Product At The Actual Temperature And, At The Same Time, The Quantity At A Temperature Of 15° C.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Order Quantity If, During The Performance Of The Contract, Due To Weather Conditions, The Ordering Partys Demand For The Subject Of The Order Decreases. 7. If You Purchase Smaller Quantities Of Fuel Than Those Indicated In Section 2 During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claims.8.
