The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of: 1) 12 Pieces Of Storage Containers. 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver 12 Pieces Of Storage Containers - Brand New, Complete, Undamaged, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Meeting The Parameters Described In Annex No. 5 To Swz - Description Of The Item Order;3. Equivalence Clause: 1) The Ordering Party Reserves, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 99, Section 5, And Article 101, Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, That Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Of Equipment Or Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Matter. Should Be Treated Only As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, The Offer May Include Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party.
