1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Access To A Website Containing A Database Of Foreign And Polish Entrepreneurs. 2. The Database Must Be Prepared And Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Form Of Access To The Website.3. Objective: As Part Of The Świętokrzyskie For Business Project, The Economic Cooperation And European Projects Branch Operating In The Department Of Regional Policy Of The Marshals Office Intends To Create A Database Of Polish And Foreign Entrepreneurs, Which Will Be Available To Interested Entrepreneurs From The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Through Consultants Of The Above-Mentioned Branch. The Purpose Of The Order Will Be Matchmaking Of Świętokrzyskie Entrepreneurs With Polish And Foreign Potential Investors, Contractors, Suppliers, Etc. 4. The Website Must Be Available In Polish And English.5. The Website Must Contain At Least 29,000,000 Companies, Including Min. 28,500,000 Foreign And Min. 500,000 From Poland.6. The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Website For A Period Of 1 Year, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 7. The Contractor Will Create Accounts/Access For 2 Workstations And Will Enable The Export Of The Database To An External File In The Xslx Format (Ms Excel 2024 And Higher) Of Data Described In Sopz.8. The Contractor Will Ensure Export Of Up To 10,000 Records To An External File.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.10. The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Are Included In Appendix No. 7 To Swz.11. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Świętokrzyskie For Business, Which Is Financed By The European Funds For Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027 Program, Measure 1.7. Support For The Internationalization Of Enterprises And Business Infrastructure Priority 1: European Funds For A Competitive Economy Specific Objective: Rso1.3. Strengthening The Sustainable Growth And Competitiveness Of Smes And Creating Jobs In Smes.
