The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Pxrd Testing Of 20 Samples Of Sprayed Fe-Al Coatings Along With The Analysis Of The Results Under The Order No. Zp_37_2025_Wmt_Itw Conducted By The Faculty Of Mechanical Technology Of The Warsaw University Of Technology With The Conditions Specified Below. Sample Dimensions: Approx. 20X20 Mm, Thickness Up To 10 Mm. The Contractor Is Responsible For Collecting Samples From The Client. The Service Includes: • Preparation Of Samples For Pxrd Analyzes Of Layers, Including Cleaning And Installation Of Samples In The Measuring Holder, Alignment Of The Layer Surface In Relation To The Radiation Beam And Selection Of The Appropriate Measurement Geometry (The Client Will Prepare The Tested Surfaces On Sandpaper Number 800); • Registration Of Diffractograms For Each Sample In A Parafocusing, Divergent Reflection Geometry. X-Ray Beam (Bragg-Brentano Geometry);• Performing Measurements With Sufficiently High Statistics, Enabling The Detection And Analysis Of Trace Crystalline Phases And Carrying Out Rietveld Analyses;• Comparison Of The Position And Intensity Of Reflections Observed In The Diffractogram With The Position And Intensity Of Reflections On The 2Θ Axis Corresponding To The Reference Structures Collected In The Icdd Pdf 5+ 2025 Database (Identification Of Crystal Phases Present In The Sample);• Structural And Microstructure Analysis Identified Crystalline Phases, I.E. Space Group Of The Unit Cell And Its Parameters: A, B, C, Α, Β, Γ; Microstructure Of Crystalline Domains;• Preparation Of A Report On The Results Obtained For The Tested Samples.
