The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program Related To Population Protection And Civil Defense Under The Title: Purchase Of Respirators, Ultrasound And X-Ray Equipment For Medical Entities In Order To Improve The Functionality And Quality Of Tasks Performed As Part Of The Third Party Liability Insurance And Ol Tasks2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Deliver The Device In Accordance With The Description Contained In Annex No. 1.1 To The Offer Form To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Kamienna Góra At Ul. J.Korczaka 1,• Set Up, Install, Configure And Start Up The Device In The Place/Room Indicated By The Ordering Party,• Train Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party (Theoretical And Practical Training),• Issue And Issue To The Ordering Party A Warranty Card For The Subject Of The Order After Prior Agreement On The Warranty Terms In Accordance With The Content Of The Offer And Taking Into Account The Swz Requirements,• Provide The Ordering Party With An Operating Manual Prepared In Polish, A Technical Passport And Technical Documentation Necessary For Proper Use,• Provide Free Service Device Warranty.3.
