The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Care For Homeless Animals From The Oświęcim Commune In A Shelter For Homeless Animals, Including Their Capture And Transport To The Shelter.1. The Work Related To Providing Care For Homeless Animals From The Oświęcim Commune In A Shelter For Homeless Animals, Including Catching And Transporting Them To The Shelter, Includes: 1) Catching The Animal Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Animals Health And Life; Immediately, But No Later Than Within 1 Hour Of Receiving The Notification, 2) Transport Of Animals In A Vehicle Approved By The Decision Of The District Veterinary Officer; 3) Providing The Animal With Medical And Veterinary Assistance At The Place Of Capture - If Necessary; 4) Providing Rooms And Boxes For Keeping Animals In Appropriate Conditions In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including: Protecting Animals Against The Negative Impact Of Atmospheric Factors, I.E. Rain, Snow, Wind, Harmful Effects Of The Sun And Providing Animals With Appropriate Lighting; 5) Providing Rooms, Boxes Ensuring The Separation Of Aggressive Animals;6) Providing Rooms And Boxes Intended For Animals Under Quarantine;7) Providing 24-Hour Care For Animals, Which Also Includes Food, Shelter, And Veterinary Care;8) Stray Animals Brought To The Shelter Are Subject To, In Particular, The Following Activities And Treatments: A) Health Assessment, B) Placement In Quarantine Rooms, C) Necessary Treatments Veterinary And Preventive Vaccinations, D) Sterilization Or Castration, E) Microchip Marking, F) 14-Day Quarantine.9) 24-Hour Telephone Service 7 Days A Week, 10) Euthanasia Of Blind Litters, 11) Animals Admitted To The Shelter Should Be Photographed And Published On The Shelters Website (Including The Location Where The Animals Were Found),12) Active Search Adoption Homes And Owners Of Caught Animals By Advertising And Promoting Photos On Websites And Social Media, 13) Transferring Homeless Animals For Adoption And Informing The Ordering Party About The Number Of Animals Put Up For Adoption, 14) Releasing Animals To Owners After Documenting Their Ownership Rights To The Animal, 15) Providing Monthly Written Information About Each Animal That Came To The Shelter From The Oświęcim Commune, And Providing Its Status On The Day Of Preparing The Report. 16) Cooperation With The Police And The District Crisis Management Center In Oświęcim.2. The Ordering Party Expects To Provide Veterinary Services Ensuring: 1) Readiness For 24-Hour Veterinary Care For Animals From The Oświęcim Commune 2) Catching The Animal, Transporting It And Providing Care In A Shelter For Homeless Animals In The Amount Of: A) 25 Dogs B) 20 Cats C) 10 Empty Intervention Pieces. The Expected Quantity Is An Estimate, So It May Change During The Execution Of The Order According To The Actual Needs And Notifications Of The Ordering Party. Each Case Will Be Settled Based On The Unit Price Provided By The Bidder Until The Funds Provided For The Impleme
