The Subject Of The Order Is: Providing 24-Hour Temporary Shelter With Full Board In A Shelter For Homeless People (Women And/Or Men) In 2026 Referred By The Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Leśna Pursuant To Art. 48A Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1214, As Amended). The Subject Of The Contract Is Primarily: - Providing Temporary Shelter - Providing Full Board For People Sent To The Shelter - Providing Clothing Appropriate To Individual Needs And The Season - Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions - Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Carrying Out Basic Life Activities - Conducting Social Work Aimed At Aimed At Developing And Strengthening Activity And Independence, As Well As Restoring Life In The Local Environment And Making Homeless People Independent. The Estimated Number Of People Requiring Shelter Sent To The Homeless Shelter Run By The Contractor During The Calendar Year Is 9 People (Nine People). Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Number Of People Provided By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Regard. If The Ordering Party Does Not Use The Full Pool Of Places Offered, Referred To In Section 1.2 The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Uses The Number Of Places Above The Limit Of The Estimated Number Of People Staying In The Shelter, The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep 1 (One) Place Ready For The Needs Of The Leśna Commune.
