1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders At The Home Of A Beneficiary Living In The Osie Commune (In The Period From January To December 2026) In An Estimated Amount Of 1,124 Hours For Approximately 7 People. In Relation To The Number Of Hours, The Ordering Party Stipulates That It May Be Changed (Increased/Decreased) Because It Is Not Possible To Precisely Determine It Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition And Living Situation Of People Requiring Help - Residents Of The Osie Commune And Beneficiaries Of The Commune Social Welfare Center In Osie.2. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided By Persons With Qualifications To Practice The Profession Of: Pedagogue, Special Educator, Oligophrenopedagogist, Psychologist, Speech Therapist, Neurological Therapist, Physiotherapist Or Sensory Integration Therapist Or Another Profession Providing Knowledge And Skills Enabling The Provision Of Specific Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Referred To In Art. 3 Point 1 Letter A, B, C, Act Of August 19, 1994 On The Protection Of Mental Health (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 917, As Amended), I.E. Persons: A) Mentally Ill (Displaying Psychotic Disorders), B) Mentally Disabled, C) Showing Other Disturbances Of Mental Functions Which, According To The State Of Medical Knowledge, Are Classified As Mental Disorders, And These Persons Require Health Services Or Other Forms Of Help And Care Necessary For Life In A Family Or Social Environment.
