The Subject Scope Includes Annex No. 1A To The Swz - The Offer Form Contains The Items Required By The Ordering Party Along With Quantities And Descriptions - This Appendix Also Constitutes A Price Form That Should Be Submitted Together With The Offer. Failure To Submit The Price Form Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. If The Contractor Enters The Amount Of Pln 0 For One Of The Offered Products In The Price Form Or Fails To Complete Any Of The Items, The Offer Will Be Rejected. Additional Requirements Regarding The Order Are Included In Annex No. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read Them And Apply Them When Executing Orders. Failure By The Contractor To Comply With The Ordering Partys Guidelines Will Result In Contractual Penalties Being Charged.
