Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of 1000 KVA Diesel Powered Generator for Main Hospital Building and Opd at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda Location: Kigali King FAISAL Hospital Rwanda, (hereinafter called Client funded by its own revenues towards the cost of Supply and installation of 1000 KVA Powered Generator for Main Hospital Building and OPD , The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. King FAISAL Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of Supply and installation of 1000 KVA Powered Generator for Main Hospital Building and OPD as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements; Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 12,000,000 duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. 5.The compulsory site visit is scheduled on 16/12/2025 at KFH.R, Rwanda from 11:00 to 12:00 am and departure for visiting is fixed KFH, R at Procurement Office.
