The criteria for establishing the shortlist are: 1. General experience of the consultant; 2. Similar experience in the field of work control and supervision; 3. Specific experience in the control and supervision of MV/LV electrical distribution networks; 4. Specific experience in the preparation of preliminary design studies and detailed design studies. Key personnel will not be assessed at the stage of establishing the shortlist.
