1.1 The Defence Forces (The “Contracting Authority”) Is Seeking Expressions Of Interest (“Eoi”) From Economic Operators (“Candidates”) Through This Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (Pqq) With A View To Establishing A Goods Contract(S) To Meet The Requirements Of The Defence Forces For The Supply Of The Following Goods And Services. There Are Two (4) Distinct Areas, Under These Requirements: 1.1.1 Lot 1 - Provision Of An Operational Space Segment, Ku Band Hosted And Maintained On A Designated Candidate’S Site And On A Current Defence Forces Deployed Location With An Internet Endpoint Terminating In Mckee Barracks, Dublin, Ireland. (No Physical Satellite Equipment On Site In Mckee Barracks Only) 1.1.2 Lot 2 - Provision Of Portable Satellite Hardware, Services, Maintenance And Training. (Bgan, Iridium, Thuraya Or Equivalent) 1.1.3 Lot 3 - Provision Of Leo Services Including Training, Maintenance And Support. 1.1.4 Lot 4 - Provision Of Maintenance And Support Of The In-Service Personal Location Tracking Equipment: *Nortac Defence Product Suite. * Globalstar Spot Gen Product Suite.
