Sansia Oy Is Preparing The Framework Arrangement For Planning Services For Municipal Engineering, Transport, Skill Structures And Port Planning, Commissioned By The City Of Kuopio, The Municipality Of Siilinjärvi And Kuopion Vesi Oy. The Contract Period For The Procurement Under Preparation Is Planned To Start On July 1, 2026. This Announcement Is A Request For Information From The Preparation Phase, Which Asks For The Views And Comments Of Those Interested In The Procurement On The Preliminary Material Of The Procurement. The Drafts Of The Request For Tender And The Contract Are Attached To This Announcement. The Texts And Content Of The Drafts May Change In The Actual Tender Material, And The Dates Presented Are Preliminary. This Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information To Potential Bidders. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Survey The Market And Collect Information And Suppliers Comments So That A Possible Future Tender Could Be Carried Out In An Appropriate Manner. The Request For Information Does Not Ask For, And Does Not Give, Offers. Comments And Additional Questions Presented To The Procurement Unit Will Not Be Answered. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Purchasing Unit To Carry Out The Actual Purchase Or To Carry Out The Purchase As Described In The Request For Information. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Responses Received To The Request For Information When Preparing The Request For Tender.
