Pirkanmaas Welfare Area (Pirha) Surveys The Service Providers On The Market Regarding The Acquisition Of Learning Content Related To Medical Information. The Learning Content To Be Acquired Is Primarily Online Training, But It May Also Include Possible Live/Remote Training. The Procurement Unit Collects Information About Service Providers And The Solutions They Offer And Publishes A Request For Information For This Purpose (Hereinafter Preliminary Notice). An Advance Notice Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tenders, But A Request For Information. The Publication Of An Advance Notice Does Not Start The Actual Bidding Process. Advance Notification Does Not Yet Obligate The Procurement Entity To Carry Out The Procurement. Responding To The Advance Notice Is Not A Condition For Participating In The Subsequent Tender, And No Compensation Is Paid For Responding To The Advance Notice. For The Sake Of Clarity, The Procurement Unit States That Responding To The Advance Notice Does Not Constitute Participation In The Preparation Of The Procurement, Which Would Prevent Participation In A Later Tender (Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements, Section 81).
