Compulsory Or Voluntary Admission Service In A Specialized Clinic For The Treatment Of Mental And Behavioral Disorders – Care For Minors Service Designed To Accommodate Children Under 18 Years Of Age, Provided That The Clinic Has A Structure, Technical Team, Assistance Protocols And Infrastructure Compatible With The Needs Of Children And Young People. Includes Psychiatric Hospitalization For Mental And Behavioral Disorders, Including When Determined By Court Order. The Service Includes:• Adequate Accommodation, Balanced Nutrition, Personal Hygiene Materials And A Safe Therapeutic Environment, Adapted For Minors.• Provision Of Prescribed Medication, Clinical Monitoring And Continuous Monitoring.• Individual And Group Therapeutic Monitoring, Socio-Educational, Therapeutic, Rehabilitation And Social Reintegration Activities, Compatible With The Band Age.• Service Provided By A Multidisciplinary Team, Made Up Of A Doctor (Including A Psychiatrist Or Professional Qualified In Mental Health), A Psychologist, A Social Worker, A Nurse, A Social Educator And Other Professionals Required For The Individual Therapeutic Plan. • Comprehensive Supervision (24 Hours), With Specific Protocols For The Protection Of Minors, Risk Prevention And Crisis Management. • Appropriate Infrastructure, Ensuring Safety Physical, Reception, Privacy And Treatment Conditions Suitable For Children And Adolescents.• Regularized Operation With Health Surveillance, Cnes And Other Competent Bodies.• Mandatory Compliance With The Statute Of Children And Adolescents (Eca), The Guidelines Of The Unified Health System (Sus), Law No. 10,216/2001 And Current Health Regulations.• Guarantee Of Confidentiality, Respect For Dignity, Full Protection And Preservation Of Minors Rights, With Mandatory Communication To Legal Guardians And/Or Guardianship Council Whenever Necessary.
