Technical Testing Services – Carrying Out Traction Tests On Bollards For The Gpmm. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. This Consultation Aims To Carry Out Traction Tests On Gpmm Bollards In Order To Check Their Resistance. These Tests Must Make It Possible To Guarantee A Nominal Capacity Of Up To 150T In A Plane Perpendicular To The Quay And An Angle With The Horizontal Of Between 0 And 45° (One Angle Per Test, To Be Defined). The Bollards To Be Tested Are Located In The Two Gpmm Basins, In Marseille And Fos-Sur-Mer.
