The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Determination Of A Consultant Service Contractor In Connection With The Construction Of An Object: Implementation Of Emergency Galleries Between The Tubes Of The Echemishka Tunnel On The Hemus Am. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is For The Road Infrastructure Agency To Appoint A Contractor For Consulting Services (Construction Supervision) In Connection With Design And Construction (Engineering), Preparation Of A Complex Report For Assessing Compliance With The Main Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Constructive Part, And Exercising Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site, In This Regard Concluding A Contract For Its Implementation, With A View To Carrying Out Quality Construction Of The Site In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. 1. Existing Situation: There Are Two Connecting Galleries In The Echemishka Road Tunnel. As From The Left Tube Of The Tunnel 2/3 Of The Galleries Have Been Drilled. The Galleries Are Planned At Km 42+166 And Km 42+437 Along The Mileage Of The Left Tunnel Tube And At Km 42+150 And Km 42+410 Of The Right Tunnel Tube. Their Length Is For Evacuation Gallery 1 – 30.76 M And For Evacuation Gallery 2 – 31.18 M. Their Light Transverse Profile Is With F=7.30 M2, Formed In The Vault Along A Circular Curve With R=1.45 M With Center C1 And For The Walls With R=2.80 M With Center Of Rotation C2, Thus Providing A Width Of The Evacuation Route Of 2.70 M. The Longitudinal Slope In Gallery 1 Is 4.66% And In Gallery 2 - 3.96%. The Cladding Is Two-Layered With Waterproofing Between The Two Structural Layers. The Primary Lining Is Of Sprayed Concrete With Compressive Strength Class C25/30, Arm Arches And Steel Nets. The Secondary Lining Is Made Of Concrete Grade C30/37, Reinforcing Bars. There Is Waterproofing Between The Primary And Secondary Cladding. 2. Project Documentation: The Investment Project (The Project Documentation) Should Be Prepared In The Technical Project Phase In The Volume And Content Specified In The Design Assignment (Appendix No. 1) To The Public Procurement Documentation And In Accordance With The Regulatory Acts And Technical Specifications. The Purpose Of The Assignment Is The Development Of A Technical Project, On The Basis Of Which The Excavation Of The Transverse Galleries Will Be Carried Out, With A View To Ensuring Conditions For The Safety Of Passing Through The Tunnel Pipes In The Event Of Emergency Situations Or Fire. *Note: For The Information Of The Participants In This Public Procurement, The Design Assignment (Appendix No. 1) Will Be Attached To The Public Procurement Documentation! 3.
