Engineering Design Services – Operational Plan Of Flood Protection Projects For The Division Of P. Pineius And Tributaries Of The Eastern Plain Of Thessalia, And The Karlas Area. The Purpose Of The Study Operational Plan Of Anti-Flood Works For A Part Of The Pinios Eastern Plain Of Thessaly, Tributaries And The Area Of Karla Is To Properly And Fully Deal With The Problem Of Risking Floods And Disasters In The Wider Area Of Larissa And The Area Of Karla. The Study Will Be In Full Harmony With The Greek And Community Legislation Regarding The Management Of Flood Risks And The Relevant Sops And Is Essentially An Implementation Of The Measure In The Approved Sop El_08_35_02 Integrated Planning Of Flood Protection Projects (Master Plan). The Study Will Expand And Deepen The Approved 1St Revision Of The Flood Risk Management Plan Of The River Basins Of The Water Division Of Thessaly And Especially For The Area Of P. Pinios In The Eastern Plain Of Thessaly And Karla So That: • A Clear And Comprehensive Picture Of The Current Situation And The Problems That Exist Regarding Flood Protection Will Emerge. • Formulate Proposals For The Additional Projects And Interventions Required For Satisfactory Anti-Flood Protection. • To Produce The Required Planning And Priorities Of Studies And Construction Projects, Based On Technical, Financial, Social And Environmental Criteria. It Is Noted That The Measures To Be Taken Should Be Harmonized With The Rest Of The Infrastructure, Development And Regeneration Projects Of Each Area. The Contract Concerns The Preparation Of A Complex Study, As Defined In Article 2 Of Law 4412/2016, Related To Flood Protection Projects.
