Data-Processing Machines (Hardware) – 50/25 – Delivery And Installation Of Computer Hardware And Software As Part Of The Project Development Of Digital Services And Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Computer Hardware And Software For The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała As Part Of The Project Development Of Digital Services And Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała Implemented As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Increasing Resilience Plan - Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care, In Types Specified In Appendix No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz, Meeting The Quality Parameters Specified In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz And Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Appendix No. 5 To The Swz.2. Delivery Of Software Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Includes The Delivery Of License Codes Or Program Media With All The Codes/Instructions That Will Enable Its Legal And Correct Installation. And Functioning For All Purchased Licenses. 3. All Devices And Software Licenses Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Brand New And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test Their Correct Operation. Refurbished Devices And Licenses Are Not Allowed. 4. All Delivered Solutions Must Come From An Official Distribution Channel In The European Union And Be Registered In The Name Of The Ordering Party As The End User. 5. Devices Must Be In Biodegradable Or Recyclable Packaging. 6. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Transport, Unloading, Installation And Commissioning, Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense And Risk. The Contractor Is Obliged To Minimize The Number Of Individual Unit Packaging And Consolidate Transport. 7. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan - Component D Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care.
