The Task Consists In Developing A Comprehensive Plan For The Area Around Bådehavnsgade, Which Aims To Ensure A Good Connection Between The Old Sydhavn And The Ongoing And Future Urban Development Areas. The Comprehensive Plan Must Show How Urban And Traffic Development Around Bådehavnsgade Can Support Each Other, And How This Can Contribute Positively To The Overall Development Of Sydhavn. In Addition, The Comprehensive Plan Must Present Concrete Proposals For The Development Possibilities For The Areas Based On The Sites Qualities And Uniqueness, So That They Become A Natural And Valuable Part Of Sydhavn, As Well As Balance This With Regard To The Development Of As Many New Homes As Possible, Cf.
