The Tenderers Task Is To Provide A Mobile Phone Application To Help Customers (Motorists) Manage Their Parking-Related Matters Online Via Phone. Portable Devices Currently Used/Secured By The Applicant: Zebra Tc-56 Pda And Zebra Rw 420 Printer. The Bidder Is Responsible For Installing The Basic Operating Systems (According To The Current Version), Installing The Data Collection Application For The First Time, Supporting The Installation Of Later Versions, Installing The Sim Cards Provided By The Bidder, And Creating A Wireless Connection Between The Zebra Rw 420 Type Mobile Printers Provided By The Bidder And The Individual Portable Inspection Devices. It Is Also The Responsibility Of The Tenderer To Provide An Application That Fully Supports The Work Processes According To The Requirements Listed In The Ml. The Tenderers Task Is To Provide A Smart Parking System That Is Capable Of Indicating The Occupancy Status (Free / Occupied) And Transmits Data About This In Real Time To The Pda Devices For The Occupancy-Based Control Of The Parking Space
