Information Systems And Servers – Supply Of Hw, Sw And Server Room Equipment For The Provision And Implementation Of Selected Technical Measures Of Cyber Security Of The Archiving And Database System Within The Kii. The Public Procurement Is Focused On The Implementation Of Technical Security Measures In Accordance With Act No. 181/2014 Coll., On Cyber Security, Or Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., (Chapter Ii) On Security Measures, Cyber Security Incidents, Reactive Measures, Submission Requirements In The Field Of Cyber Security And Data Disposal (Hereinafter Referred To As The Cyber ​​Security Decree), Respectively Related Legal Regulations. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Innovation Of The Critical Information Infrastructure Of The Čhmú, Used To Ensure Production Operation And Maintain The Continuity Of State And Public Shared Services. The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Increase The Resilience Of The Information And Communication System In The Field Of Cyber Security. The Result Will Be Of Fundamental Importance For The Sustainability Of The Cyber Security Of The Critical Information Infrastructure Of The Čhmú, Which Is Currently Threatened By Several Factors. Technological Obsolescence Of The Operational Infrastructure And The Associated Growing Incompatibility With Modern Standards And Systems. In A Fundamental Way, It Reduces The Possibility To Effectively Respond To The Dynamic Increase, Diversification And Sophistication Of Cyber Attacks. The Public Order Deals Specifically With The Infrastructure And Systems Intended For Long-Term Storage And Archiving Of Data (Hereinafter Referred To As The Archive), The Operation Of Database Systems, Production And Service Services Of The Čhmú (Hereinafter Referred To As Database And Application Services). Both The Archive And The Database And Application Services Are Key Systems For Maintaining The Operation Of Services And The Realization Of Čhmú Products. At The Same Time, These Are Systems That Are Part Of The Kii Entitled Information System Of The Specialized Departments Of The Czechoslovak Ministry Of Education And Culture. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Technical Measures In Accordance With § 5, Paragraph 3 Of The Zkb In The Form Of The Supply Of Hardware And Software Tools To Increase The Resilience And Cyber Security Of The Information And Communication System Operated By The Contracting Authority, Including The Equipment Of The Server Room. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Thus A Comprehensive Set Of Performance, Namely: • Carrying Out A Detailed Analysis Of The Clients Requirements For The Supply Of Technological Hardware And Software Elements And The Clients Environment And The Creation Of A Hardware And Software Implementation Proposal Within The Framework Of The Clients Technical Equipment; The Implementation Analysis Will Include The Specification Of The Hardware And Software Acceptance Criteria; • The Delivery Of The Hardware And Software Necessary For The Clients Requirements; • The Implementation Of The Hardware And Software In The Clients Environment, Including The Necessary Installation Steps And Provision Of The Necessary Software For The Operation Of The Elements In The Clients Environment; • Guarantee Support Of The Manufacturer For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Last Partial Delivery Of Hardware, For All Delivered Hardware;
