The Purpose Of The Purchase Is To Provide A Digital Hand Hygiene Monitoring System For The Prevention Of Nosocomial Infections, Composed Of Hardware Equipment, Licensed Software And Compatible Collapsible Consumables, As Well As The Performance Of All The Ancillary Operations Necessary For Its Operation, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications And Annexes. The System Will Be Used At The Level Of All Sections And Compartments Of The Sfânta Maria Clinical Hospital, Having The Role Of Monitoring In Real Time The Hand Hygiene Processes And Supporting The Implementation Of Epidemiological Measures To Prevent Infections Associated With Medical Care. The Purchase Includes, In An Integrated Way: • Sensor Modules For Dispensers And Transponder Badges For Staff; • Data Hubs Necessary To Collect And Transmit Information To The Server; • Software License For A Minimum Period Of 5 Years; • Smart Dispensers And Commissioning Kits; • Mobile Devices Intended To Operate The System; • Training Kits Regarding The Hand Hygiene Protocol; • The Ancillary Services Of Installation, Commissioning, Integration Into The It Infrastructure, Training, Preventive Maintenance And Technical Support During The Warranty Period. The Delivered Products Will Be New, Manufactured No More Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery, Accompanied By All Accessories Necessary For Operation And Compliant With The Legislation Applicable To Biocidal Products Used In Medical Facilities. The Contract Includes The Suppliers Obligation To Carry Out The Complete Installation Of The System At The Location Indicated By The Contracting Authority, To Integrate The Solution Into The Internal It Network Of The Hospital And To Train The Designated Personnel So That The System Can Be Used In Safe And Epidemiologically Efficient Conditions.
