Training Services - Aircraft Driver Training Services 2.. On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement, During Its 36-Month Period, The Provision Of Flight Theory And Practical Training Services Within The Framework Of The Integrated Training Of The Aircraft Piloting Higher Education Vocational Training (Helicopter Piloting With Specialization) To Be Launched By The Tenderer. The Planned Start Date Of The Training: February 2026. The Duration Of The Training: 4 Semesters, Which Consists Of Three Flight Theory And Classroom Practical Training Modules And Three Connected Professional Practice Modules. The Training Module Contains The Specialized Subjects Of Aircraft Piloting, Which - Both In The Case Of Fixed-Wing Training And Rotary-Wing Specialization - Are Taught In A Total Of 812 Theoretical And Classroom Practical Lessons In Accordance With Eu Regulation 1178/2011 No. 3. In Accordance With Subsection A. Of The Appendix And The Curriculum Requirements And Schedule Of The Higher Education Vocational Training In Aircraft Management (Abbreviated: Foszk). Based On The Foszk Curriculum Regulations, The 560 Hours Of Continuous Professional Practice Required For Both Fixed-Wing And Rotary-Wing Training For Each Student Includes Flight Exercises, The Necessary Simulator Exercises And Test Flights, As Well As Preparatory Theory Classes Before And After The Flight. The Practical Training Program Includes The Conduct Of All The Theoretical And Practical Exams Required To Obtain The Professional Service License, Bearing All Of Its Cost Elements, Including The Organization And Cost Of The Oral Icao Elp Level 4 English Language Exam, The Ppl And Atpl Theoretical Exams, As Well As The Official Practical Exams (Up To The Cost Of The First Exam Attempt). Names Of Qualifications To Be Acquired: In The Case Of Fixed-Wing Training: In The First Stage Of The Practical Training, Only If The Student Cannot Continue The Training After Two Semesters For Objective Reasons: Ppl Private Pilot License. At The End Of The Practical Training: Cpl Commercial Pilot License With Atpl Frozen Airline Pilot Theory And Mcc Training. In The Case Of Rotary Wing Training: In The First Stage Of The Practical Training, Only If The Student Cannot Continue The Training After Two Semesters Due To Objective Reasons: Ppl Private Pilot License. At The End Of The Practical Training: Cpl Commercial Pilot License. The Minimum Enrollment Required To Start The Training Is A Minimum Of 5 People Per Year For Fixed-Wing Training, And A Minimum Of 3 People Per Year For Rotary-Wing Training. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procedure Must Be Provided To A Maximum Of 30 People Per Training (Rigid Or Rotary Wing) And Per Year. The Maximum Number Of Students Participating In The Course At The Same Time: Calculated With The Maximums For Each Year, The Ascending System - Also Calculated With Cross-Semester Training - Means A Maximum Number Of Students Of 240 Students In A Given Semester In A Maximum Of Four Parallel Courses (Up To 120 Students For The Fixed-Wing Program And Up To 120 Students For The Rotary-Wing Program). The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 36 Months
