Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Designing and Delivering a Tailored Coaching Program for 22 Micro Entrepreneurs in South Lebanon. Technical Consultant Tailored Coaching Program for 22 Micro-Entrepreneurs in South Lebanon Delivery location South Lebanon: Nabatiyeh / Saida and Tyre Contract start date 10 December 2025 1. SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES REQUIRED The Technical Consultant will validate existing needs assessments, develop tailored coaching plans, and deliver a combination of individual and group sessions over a period of up to three months. 1. Needs Assessment Validation Review and validate the preliminary needs assessment conducted by Oxfam Coordinate with Oxfams Project Manager and ILO focal point to ensure findings are accurate and comprehensive. Identify priority support areas such as: Business operations improvement; Marketing and digital marketing; Financial management; Market access and networking. 1. Capacity Building Plan Development Design a tailored coaching plan for each Micro-Entrepreneur based on validated needs. Prepare coaching material, including objectives, expected outcomes, and monitoring tools. Incorporate MEAL tools including baseline/ endline, and pre/post tests to measure changes in business knowledge and capacity (target: at least 70% of participants demonstrate improvement). Develop feedback and satisfaction tools to ensure quality control and participant engagement. 1. Coaching delivery Deliver three coaching sessions per Micro-Entrepreneur over a period of 3 months. Sessions may be individual or conducted in small groups, depending on shared needs and operational feasibility. Cover thematic areas including but not limited to: Business operations improvement; Marketing and digital marketing; Financial management; Market access and networking. 1. Reporting: Submit a final assessment report consolidating findings from the technical assessments, in collaboration with the project team.
