Tenders are invited for Procurement and Delivery of Book Banks to Support out-Of-School Children (Oosc) in Back-To-School and Alternative Learning Pathways (Alp) Location: Kigali Deadline: Thursday, 11/12/2025 17:00 Learn Work Develop (LWD), implementing the Learning and Inclusion for Transformation (LIFT) Program funded by FCDO through Cambridge Education and led by the Ministry of Education (MINEDUC), invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the procurement and delivery of Book Banks to support the reading clubs working under the safe spaces facilitated by the Masenge mba hafi volunteers in Gakenke District Scope of the Tender The selected supplier will be responsible for: 1. Providing book banks (Metal boxes) containing various book titles related to: Sensitizing the back to school, retention and performance STEM (Science, Technology, elementary and Mathematics) Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Gender and equality Disability inclusion Child Safeguarding Environment Protection 2. Supplying other materials such as Learning wall charts for Kinyarwanda and English printed in flexi paper and Extra-large matts (Umukeka Munini) 3. Ensuring compliance and MINEDUC/ REB standards. The books must have been approved by the Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB) 4. Delivering all materials to LWD Headquarters 5. Providing signed delivery notes and inventory documentation Eligibility Criteria Valid company registration Certificates Proven experience in supplying educational Materials Ability to deliver quality items within the required timeline Tax clearance proofs Interested and eligible companies are able to do expression of interest and request Terms of reference in order to do and submit their complete bids.
