General Procurement Notice for Construction of Oncology Center in Arua & Mbale (International Competitive Bidding Limited to Member Countries). The Government of Uganda (GoU) represented by the Ministry of Finance has applied for financing in the amount of US$ 36.50 million from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Establishment of Uganda Cancer Institute Regional Oncology Centers in West Nile and Eastern Uganda (Arua and Mbale) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works related services and consulting services to be procured under this project.
