General Procurement Notice for Financial Audit Services (Least Cost Selection from Local Accredited Shortlisted Financial Audit Firms). The Government of Uganda (GoU) represented by the Ministry of Finance has applied for financing in the amount of US$ 36.50 million from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Establishment of Uganda Cancer Institute Regional Oncology Centers in West Nile and Eastern Uganda (Arua and Mbale) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works related services and consulting services to be procured under this project.
