Bids must be delivered to the address below: The Ethiopian Meteorology Institute, Building-1 floor, Room No.003, on or before, December 29/2025, at 10:00 A.M. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked "ORIGINAL BID, and the inner envelopes marked "TECHNICAL PART" will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on December 29/2025 at 10:30 A.M or immediately after the deadline for submission of bids.
