1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Cable Street Lighting Network In The Grabówka Commune At Ul. Rybacka In Sobolewo On A Separate Section, Stage 2B. The Street Lighting Cable Network Should Be Constructed Using 10M High Steel Poles With A Prefabricated Concrete Foundation. The Poles Will Be Powered By A Yakxs 5X25mm2 Cable. Led Street Lighting Lamps With A Max. Power 55W. 2. Before Starting The Works, Geodetic Marking Of The Designed Facilities Should Be Ensured.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Temporary Traffic Organization Project In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Road Traffic Act And Regulations On Road Signs And Signals As Well As Technical Conditions For Traffic Organization.1) The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Must Be Developed By A Person With The Required Authorizations And Agreed With The Relevant Road Administration Authorities And The Police (If Required By Law).2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Approved Traffic Organization At His Own Expense, Including The Delivery, Installation And Maintenance Of Signage And Traffic Safety Devices Road Throughout The Period Of Validity Of The Traffic Organization.3) The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Should Be Submitted For Approval To The Ordering Party Within ... Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Continuity And Safety Of Public Traffic (Pedestrians, Vehicles And Other Road Users) In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Work Site Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period.1) Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Cause Unjustified Traffic Difficulties And Ensures Minimization Of Restrictions On Access To Adjacent Properties, Public Utility Facilities, Private Properties And Parking Spaces.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manually Dismantle The Existing Sidewalks And Other Surface Elements That Interfere With The Scope Of The Earthworks Being Carried Out.1) Materials Obtained From Demolition (In Particular Paving Stones, Edges, Curbs, Paving Slabs) Should Be Dismantled In A Way That Enables Their Reuse, With Due Care And Protection Against Damage.2) After Completing The Earthworks, The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Sidewalks To Their Original Condition Using The Dismantled Materials. 3) The Reconstruction Of Sidewalks Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technology Provided For This Type Of Surface, Maintaining Appropriate Slopes, Compaction Of The Subgrade And Aesthetics Of Workmanship. 4) Materials That Are Not Suitable For Re-Installation For Technical Reasons Must Be Disposed Of By The Contractor In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And At His Expense6.
