The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Cultural Educational Project Entitled Kuźnia Animacji, Which Focuses On The Ecological Aspects Of Animated Film Production And Promotes The Reuse Of Materials And Recycling.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Polish Standards, With The Provisions Of Law Currently In Force In The Given Field.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contract Template Divides The Order Into Parts I-Iv Only As Stages Of Implementation And Settlement - They Do Not Constitute Part Of The Order Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Section 2 Point 4 Pzp.6. The Ordering Party Indicates The Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Divide The Order Into Parts Because Its Subject Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Cultural Educational Project Entitled Animation Forge - Is A Functionally And Substantively Unified Whole That Must Be Implemented In A Coherent And Coordinated Manner. The Project Includes A Number Of Interrelated Educational And Cultural Activities, The Implementation Of Which Requires Organizational, Conceptual And Executive Continuity. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Result In A Real Threat To The Proper Implementation Of The Project, In Particular Due To Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Several Contractors, Dispersion Of Responsibility And The Risk Of Program And Organizational Inconsistencies. The Order Is Of A Homogeneous Nature And Concerns The Organization Of One, Coherent Project, The Logical And Functional Elements Of Which Are Inextricably Linked. A Possible Division Of The Order Would Not Lead To Increased Competitiveness Or Expand The Group Of Potential Contractors, But It Could Lead To Disruption Of The Smooth Implementation Of The Project And Lack Of Clear Responsibility For The Final Result. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Results From The Justified And Objective Needs Of The Ordering Party Related To The Need To Ensure Coherent And Effective Implementation Of The Project.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Conditions Regarding Employment Under An Employment Contract.
