This Is A Partial Delivery With Filling Of: A) A Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 L, Located On The Companys Premises In Żywiec At Ul. Kabaty 2. And B) A Tank With A Capacity Of 10,000 L, Located In Żywiec At Ul. Aleja Wolności 24. Deliveries Will Be Made 2-3 Times A Month.3. Delivery Requirements:A) Location Ul. Kabaty 2, 34-300 Żywiec - Refueling Mainly Heavy Equipment Such As Compactors, Etc. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Fill The Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 L On An Ongoing Basis (I.E. In Accordance With Demand And Upon Notification), Located On The Companys Premises In Żywiec At Ul. Kabaty 2. Fuel Delivery Time Cannot Be Longer Than 24 Hours From Placing The Order (Monday To Friday). B) Location Ul. Aleja Wolności 24, 34-300 Żywiec - Refueling Cars For Municipal Waste Collection At The Gas Station. The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Renting A 10,000 L Tank, Located On The Premises Of An External Business Entity (In Żywiec At Ul. Aleja Wolności 24) Along With The Costs Of The Fuel Distribution And Identification System In An Amount Equal To The Product Of The Flat Rate Of 20 Groszy Net And The Quantity Liters Of Fuel That Was Filled Into The Tank By The Contractor In A Given Calendar Month. The Fuel Delivery Time Cannot Be Longer Than 24 Hours From Placing The Order (From Monday To Friday). The Ordering Party Allows For The Daily Use Of The Contractors Own Tank. In Such A Case, The Contractor Must Have At Least One Tank With A Capacity Of Min. 10,000 L, Located Up To 3 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, From Which Daily Diesel Refueling Will Take Place. Then, The Waiting Time For Refueling The Ordering Partys Vehicle Cannot Be Longer Than 10 Minutes From The Vehicles Arrival At The Station.
