The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovations In Buildings And The Provision Of 24-Hour Technical Emergency Services On Properties Included In The Housing Resources Of The Radzionków Commune. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Two Tasks: 2.1. Task No. 1 - Renovations In Buildings Included In The Housing Resources Of The Radzionków Commune;2.2. Task No. 2 - Providing 24-Hour Technical Emergency Services On Properties Included In The Housing Resources Of The Radzionków Commune. 3. Task No. 1: Consists In Particular In Carrying Out Renovations In Buildings Included In The Housing Resources Of The Radzionków Commune Administered By The Radzionków City Hall. 4. Task No. 2: Involves, In Particular, Receiving And Registering Reports Of Failures, Access To The Site Of The Failure, Determining The Causes Of The Failure, Removing The Failure Or Providing Protection Until The Failure Is Removed, And Determining The Material Scope Necessary To Perform The Works In Order To Restore The Functionality Of The Installations, Devices, Facilities After The Failure Has Been Removed And To Immediately Forward This Information To The Ordering Party. 5. Task No. 2: The Operation Of The Technical Emergency Service Involves Performing All Activities Related To Events Requiring Immediate Intervention, Including Securing Failures And Removing Threats, As Well As Preventing Direct Threats To Life, Human Health And Property Damage. 6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Both Tasks Is Included In - Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments, I.E.: 6.1. Annex No. 1 - List Of Residential Buildings Owned Or Controlled By The Ordering Party;6.2. Annex No. 2 - List Of Commercial Buildings Owned By The Ordering Party; 6.3. Annex No. 3 - List Of Municipal Premises In Buildings Of Housing Communities; 6.4. Annex No. 4 - List Of Installations In Buildings Belonging To The Municipal Housing Stock; 6.5. Annex No. 5 - List Of Installations In Municipal Premises In Buildings Of Housing Communities; 6.6. Annex No. 6 - Bill Of Quantities; 6.7. Annex No. 7 - Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.
