The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works, Which Include Reconstruction, Renovation And Adaptation To The New Cultural And Social Function Of The Tower Building And The Winding Machine Of Shaft Ii In Czeladź, Together With Land Development And Technical Infrastructure For The Building. The Infrastructure Covered By The Task Is Part Of The Historic Complex Of The Former Saturn Mine. Construction Works On The Shaft Ii Tower Include In Particular: Dismantling Works (Including Disassembly Of The Existing Roofing, Disassembly Of Steel Structures And The Concrete Slab Above The Shaft Fill), Construction, Renovation And Conservation Works (E.G. Renovation Of Bricks On The Facade, Reconstruction Of The Shaft And Steel Structure Platforms, Assembly Of The Roof Structure Together With The Roofing, Repair Of Damaged Walls, Electrical Installation And Lighting). Construction Works Carried Out In The Engine Room Include: Disassembly Works, I.E. Disassembly Of The Existing Roofing Made Of Hollow Core Slabs, Renovation, Construction And Conservation Works In The Basement And Ground Floor (Including Renovation Of Walls, Doors And Windows, Installation Of New Windows, Installation Of Electrical Installations With Lighting, Construction Of A Roof Covering Made Of Sandwich Panels, Construction Of A Ramp). The Building Will Be Accessible To Disabled People By, For Example, Using A Driveway With A Slope Of Less Than 5%, Using A Textured Surface System At The Entrance To The Facilities, Adapting The Width Of Passages And Door Openings To The Needs Of Disabled People, No Thresholds, Inscriptions On Information And Historical Boards In Braille. The Function Of The Building Will Be Cultural And Social With An Element Of Sightseeing. The Rooms Will Be Made Available To Visitors In Organized Groups. Existing Machines And An Elevator Shaft Are Planned To Be Displayed In The Buildings.
