Document, Hereinafter Referred To As The Sea, Ensuring Public Participation In Its Development; The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Principles Of Sustainable Development, In A Way That Minimizes The Impact On The Natural Environment While Maintaining The Principle Of Sustainable Development.
