The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Removal Of Acceptance And Warranty Defects In Completed Construction Works Regarding The Thermal Modernization Of Primary School No. 47 At Ul. Reformacka 18 In Gdańsk.2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Remove Acceptance And Warranty Defects Of Faulty Construction Works Performed By The Contractor Of The Thermal Modernization Of The Facility. 3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Removal Of Acceptance And Warranty Defects In The Thermal Modernization Of The Facility Completed In 2021, Including: 1) Demolition, Disassembly And Preparatory Works; 2) Insulation Works; 3) Construction And Assembly Works; 4) Surface Works; 5) Installation Works: Sanitary; 6) Installation Works: Electrical. In Addition, If For Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, It Will Be Necessary To Perform Other Activities, Submit Notifications Or Obtain Decisions And Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Activities, Submit Notifications And Obtain The Necessary Decisions And Permits At His Own Expense And Effort. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Use The Buildings Covered By The Subject Of The Order Or To Notify The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
