1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil, In An Amount Of Up To 70,000 Liters, In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 For The Needs Of The Dps In Grazymy, Address: Grazymy 1, 11-036 Gietrzwałd, Province. Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. 2. The Ordering Party Has Five Fuel Oil Tanks With A Capacity Of 2,000 Liters Each, The Total Capacity Of The Tanks In Dps Grazymy Is 10,000 Liters. 3. The Quantity Of Ordered Fuel Oil, During The Duration Of The Contract, Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Social Welfare Home In Grazymy. These Needs Depend In Particular On The Weather Conditions Prevailing During The Term Of The Contract. 4. Minimum Quality Requirements For Light Fuel Oil (L-1): - Calorific Value: ≥ 42.6 Mj/Kg, - Sulfur Content: ≤ 0.10 % M/M, - Ignition Temperature: ≥ 56 °C, - Water Content: ≤ 200 Mg/Kg, - Solid Impurities: ≤ 24 Mg/Kg, - Mandatory Coloring And Marking In Accordance With The Act On The Fuel Quality Monitoring System, - Density At 15 °C: ≤ 860 Kg/M³ - Kinematic Viscosity At 20 °C Is A Maximum Of 6 Mm²/S.5. Fuel Oil Will Be Delivered In Compliance With All Applicable Regulations Governing The Transport Of Materials In Accordance With The Act Of August 19, 2011 On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 643), Which Implements The Provisions Of Adr Into National Law. 6. Delivery Of Fuel Oil Will Be Carried Out Successively (In Batches) From 7:30 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. On Business Days, Based On A Request Submitted By E-Mail Or Telephone By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. 7. A Delivery Batch Means A One-Time Delivery Of Oil Delivered To The Recipient In A Road Tanker Truck. Fuel, One Type And Grade, Identified By A Transport Document (E.G. Bill Of Lading Or Wz) And A Quality Certificate (Certificate).8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Each Batch Of Fuel Oil Along With A Quality Certificate Confirming Compliance With The Above-Mentioned. Standards And Regulations. 9. Fuel Oil Will Be Delivered By The Contractors Tank Trucks At His Expense. 10. Fuel Oil Should Be Delivered By Road Tank Trucks, Equipped With Filler Nozzles With A Legalized Measuring Device In Units Of Measurement - Liter. Deliveries Must Be Made In Specialized Road Tankers Equipped With Dispensing Devices With Valid Legal Features - Pumps And Printers - Indicating The Exact Amount Of Fuel Oil Dispensed At A Reference Temperature Of +15 Degrees Celsius (Dispensing Devices Should Also Have Legalization Certificates Issued By The Office Of Weights And Measures). 11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Delivery Within No More Than 24 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Submits The Request. 12. Proof Each Delivery Of Heating Oil Will Be Accompanied By A Delivery Document With The Date And Quantity Of Fuel Delivered, Signed By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor
