The Subject Of The Order Is The Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11. Waste Is Generated As A Result Of Processing In The Process Of Manual Sorting Of Municipal Waste From Selective Collection (Waste With Code 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07) In The Separation Plant For Separately Collected Waste In Strzyżów.2. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Code 19 12 12 Handed Over To The Contractor For Management During The Term Of The Contract Is: 1) In The Basic Scope, Waste Code 19 12 12 Is To Be Managed In An Amount Of 320 Mg, 2) In The Scope Covered By The Option Right, Waste With Code 19 12 12 Is To Be Managed In An Amount Of Up To 280 Mg, Subject To The Option Right.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Specified In Art. 441 Pzp If It Is In The Interest Of The Ordering Party And Results From Its Current Needs - After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order.4. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.5. The Ordering Party Will Successively Deliver The Waste Using Its Own Transport At Its Own Expense. The Waste Will Be Delivered In A Compressed Form In A Baling Press, Using A Moving Floor Semi-Trailer With A Single Loading Of Up To 20 Mg. Loading Of Waste Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party.6. Waste Should Be Transported In Accordance With Road Traffic And Environmental Protection Regulations, And With Equipment That Prevents Waste From Blowing And Spilling During Transport.7. Waste Will Be Transported To The Place Indicated By The Contractor. Waste Transfer Will Take Place From Monday To Friday On Business Days During The Contractors Working Hours. The Waste Is Taken Over After The Waste Is Delivered By The Ordering Party To The Contractor.8. At The Time Of Transfer Of Waste By The Ordering Party To The Contractor, The Contractor Will Assume Responsibility For The Collected Waste, For Its Proper Handling And For The Resulting Consequences.9. The Waste Will Be Transferred To The Contractor On The Basis Of A Waste Transfer Card Issued In The Bdo System. The Waste Transfer Card Will Be Issued In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.10. Mechanical Unloading Will Take Place In A Place Indicated By The Contractor With Convenient Access And The Possibility Of Maneuvering A Heavy Vehicle.11. Access To The Collection Point And The Waste Unloading Area Should Be Paved So That The Employers Vehicles Can Unload Regardless Of Weather Conditions. The Unloading Place Should Be Properly Secured Against Access By Unauthorized Persons.12. Waste Will Be Weighed On The Contractors Verified Scales. The Weight Receipt Should Be Made In Two Copies, One For Each Party.13.
