The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Specialist Care Services At Home For People With Mental Disorders For 2026, Pursuant To Art. 18 Section 1 Point 3 And Art. 50 Section 7 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816) For Beneficiaries Of The Social Welfare Center In Świecie.2. The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Order Fulfillment Is Approximately 9,800 Hours, Including: - Approximately 3,500 Hours Of Services Performed By The Therapist(S), - Approximately 1,500 Hours Of Services Performed By The Physiotherapist(S), - Approximately 2,300 Hours Of Services Performed By The Speech Therapist(S), - Approximately 1,300 Hours Of Services Performed By The Sensory Integration Therapist(S), - Approximately 300 Hours Of Services Performed By The Psychologist(S), - Approximately 700 Hours Of Services Performed By The Pedagogue(S), - About 200 Hours Of Services Performed By The Speech Therapist(S).3. The Scope Of Specialist Care Services Is Described In Detail In § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialist Care Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816). Specialized Care Services Are Intended For Adults With Disorders Listed In Art. 3 Point 1 Of The Act On Mental Health Protection, I.E. Mentally Ill People With Psychotic Disorders, Mentally Disabled People, People With Other Serious Disturbances Of Mental Functions Which, According To The State Of Medical Knowledge, Are Classified As Mental Disorders, And This Person Requires The Form Of Help And Care Necessary To Live In A Family Or Social Environment. In Exceptional Cases, These Services Are Intended For Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders Who Do Not Have Access To Classes Provided By Other Obligated Entities. 4. The Estimated Number Of People To Be Provided With Specialist Care Services At Home For People With Mental Disorders Is 60 People. The Estimated Number Of People And The Number Of Hours Reflect The Current Number Of People Requiring Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders And The Number Of Hours Allocated To Them. The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. In Relation To The Number Of Hours, The Ordering Party Reserves That They May Be Changed (Increased Or Decreased) Because They Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability In The Number Of Beneficiaries And Their Needs Due To Their Changing Health Condition And Life Situation.5.
